The room was luxurious and peaceful, I loved the balcony and the high-quality toiletries, including having a bidet, were a great added touch.

The staff remembered us and treated us very well with personal service and a fine understanding of our needs. Unlike last time, all were cheery and ready to help even when they'd made an error. The spa ladies were superb as ever!!

Message service: -Someone telephoned me but only 2 weeks later did they say that they'd left a message at the hotel. I never got that message.

Breakfast menu was super. A spa center was a bonus. The beach was nice.

The hotel is perfectly clean with decent views of the garden and pools. the staff team is good and perfect, providing excellent customer service. - the a la carte restaurant is great for dinner.

Large rooms in good condition; clean; good value for the money. Helpful staff. Secluded, pleasant, shaded area around pool. All in all, an acceptable hotel at a reasonable rate. Excellent English speakers at front desk.

Roadway access to hotel a little tricky off the A-7 if you're not paying attention. Hotel clearly visible from roadway with good signage, but you may not see it it time to make that exit; take next one (if east bound) you'll still get there. A-7 under construction several miles east of hotel with detours in place. Restaurants a little weak, breakfast just okay. Wi-Fi okay in many locations, but seemed deadly slow.

This is the second time I have stayed at Crowne Plaza Estepona and on both visits it has seemed to be catering for very few guests. At a guess 20% occupancy - personally I have enjoyed the benefits of this - the wonderful swimming pool and sunbeds almost to myself and never having to wait at the bar or in the breakfast room. However if you are looking for a buzy and social atmosphere then this is not for you The rooms and service are of a great quality.

The room here is really well-kept and has a cool, modern vibe. It's got awesome south-facing terraces and an extra bedroom attached, how neat is that? Plus, the breakfast they serve is absolutely yummy! 😋

Sheets were not changed in the 6 day stay, towels worn and old, carpets in hallways stained and grubby. Room not serviced until mid to late afternoon. Poor service at breakfast.

This venue offers deluxe rooms with all the essential amenities, and the staff here are outstandingly friendly and helpful.

Had deluxe room with ice, an adjoining 2nd bedroom and a massive balcony. Good area, ideal location, next to several nice restaurants within walking distance Chilli, Taxis and the beach and Marbella.

The breakfast here is fantastic with a variety of delicious options like a Nespresso coffee machine and a selection of meats, fish, and smoked salmon.

Everybody is good, they helped us with bags.
